Skill Scaled, LLC was founded because of my belief in building strong employer/employee working relationships. Tackling challenges surrounding employee job satisfaction, "right-skilling", and training and development became passions because I’ve witnessed how they impact a company’s organizational culture, an employee’s level of engagement, and an organization’s bottom line, in both the private and public sectors. I decided that I wanted to start my consultancy to address these and other human capital-related matters that contribute to labor stability. Skill Scaled, LLC’s mission is to assess a company’s unique workforce challenges and develop the best sets of tools to guide their success by addressing their organization’s needs in areas of skills assessments, designing and meeting training requirements, workload forecasting, and employee engagement.
